This C6 Corvette ragtop has been caught rear-ending a W210 Mercedes E-Class in Ventura county on the morning of September 5th. Luckily, no one was hurt, but take a look at the the structural integrity of a convertible Corvette. Considering that it has driven under a 2 Ton Mercedes Benz, its remarkably in shape. One must wonder how the Vette driver felt after it was all over, staring up at the Mercedes’ driveshaft.

Here’s one for the record books. Canadian James Boppre, former owner of a successful landscaping business, has been placed on parole with house arrest on condition of sobriety after several drunk driving and weapons convictions. As the story goes, on the evening of July 30th, Boppre decided to get the heck off the wagon – hard. It started out with just booze and ended with Boppre crashing into a parked car while speeding, drunk, high on crack, and masturbating naked with a similarly nude hooker, who was also masturbating. An out-of-control Hertz Corvette ZHZ crashed into a popular and upscale Dallas restaurant yesterday, proving yet again the age-old axiom, “with great rental horsepower, comes greatly diminished responsibility.”
The basically brand new special edition “Velocity Yellow” ‘vette with a black hood and roof stripe was added to Hertz’s Fun Collection” lineup only about 1 month ago. So yea, it was about time one was smashed up by some idiot vacationer hoping to play with too much horsepower.

When that sleazy swede Stefan Eriksson (from the whole Gizmondo debacle) destroyed his Ferrari Enzo while racing a Mercedes Mclaren SLR (SLR totally won the race), who knew he would start such a trend? Take a look at this video of yet another Swedish gentleman putting another legendary Ferrari, the ferrrari F50 in this case, in the ditch. How did this happen? According to the post:
This weekend it has been a major sport car show in Malmö in south of Sweden. Anyway. This tape was recorded after closing time when a Ferrari F50 was followed by some young twats in Beemers, Ricers and Porsches. SWEDES ARE HEARBY BANNED TO DRIVE ONE OF A KIND FERRARIS.”
Just for the record, to skip right to the accident, its about 4 minutes into the driving. Go Hooligans.
