Rural Canadian Wins Koenigsegg CCX, Has No Road To Drive It On
Posted by Admin on November 29, 2008Louie Edgi, a cancer patient currently residing in one of the horribly frigid areas of Norman Wells, Canada, has just won the Cash and Cars Lottery, which supports the Alberta Cancer Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society. As it turns out, there’s no highways that lead to Norman Wells, meaning the car would need to be flown in or driven up a winter ice road. Sadly, Edgi opted for the cash while belting out possibly the most non-car-fanatic statement in history by saying, “The car is a Swedish make; it’ll do 400 kilometres an hour. I don’t see anybody would need that…” Read the whole story at CBCNews. Canadians…..
